Installation Technician/Foreman

We are currently seeking skilled individuals with experience in construction, framing, dry wall, plumbing or trim carpentry. Must be able to read a tape measure and be proficient with power tools, caulking, and some plumbing. Must have a minimum two year experience in construction, framing, drywall, plumbing, and/or trim carpentry. Construction Supervisor/Foreman experience is preferred. Work schedule is Monday-Friday and daily hours will vary. Some Saturday work is required. Typical hours are 7 AM to 6 PM.

We offer great compensation with the ability for bonuses based on performance. Installers receive generous piece rate wages. Comprehensive job training of installation of bathroom systems is provided upon hire and ongoing. The position is full time with room for advancement. DUTIES:

• Stock truck with materials for job and arrive at each installation on time
• Provide professional installation of our custom bath and shower liner products
• Maintain pleasant and professional attitude with all clients and coworkers
• Complete project paper work for each completed job
• All facilities, vehicles, and job sites are non-smoking environments
• All technical training provided

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic carpentry skills
• Plumbing license preferred
• Reading tape measure and adding/subtracting fractions
• Ability to communicate details clearly with clients
• Neat and organized work habits
• Clear driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently or with others. Pre-employment drug screen required
