“I would like to tell you why we used your ReBath company when we was considering a new shower. It all started with TV commercials, which prompted us to look on the Internet. Of course, we would not buy because of those two places. We saw you had a showroom off of Airport Way and decided to see what your product was like, and if it would be something we would want. Upon arriving at the showroom we were greeted by Mike, who explained everything and answered our questions. He really gave us the impression that he loves this product, too. The showroom was a beautiful display of your product. And, it gave us so many ideas. After setting up an appointment, and having Mike come to our house, we knew we wanted this shower installed. Then on the day the two men came to demolish the old shower unit, do the vapor barrier walls, set the base, and install new plumbing we were impressed again! Jim and Mark were very careful of our home and discussed our options (due to our configurations) for the installation the next day. What a help they were!! When Ray and Marcos, a trainee, came the next day, they too were careful of our home. Ray is extremely artistic and such a perfectionist. He worked with me the whole time. He asked me good questions and made the installation go smoothly. He was so patient as a trainer, also. He really took Marcos under his wing and taught him the little tricks of the trade so that he too could do a professional job when he is on his own. I was worried how the floor/vinyl would be in front of the base. Our previous shower was straight across the front and this new base wasn’t. Ray kept reassuring me that he could fix it to look just right for me. Well… he did! He sculpted a piece to lay directly in front and made it look like it was a part of the base all along. Wow! It looks great. To recap this, I would just like to say that from dealing with Mike to the other four men, was a wonderful experience. They were all professional and efficient. I feel like a queen with my new shower! And, you should be extremely proud of Ray as he makes your product even more wonderful with the job he does.”
